What it tastes like
- bitter → sweet
- Sweetness shows without covering: it comes from pineapple juice, with 0.4 out of 10 of bitterness holding it back.
- round → sour
- Citrus shows, but this is no sour: 23rd of 186, and it comes from pineapple juice.
- light → strong
- Just 8.8% in the glass: lighter than 71% of the catalogue, and the volume has as much to do with it as the recipe.
Among the five around it on the map it is the only one built on gin.
