What it tastes like
- bitter → sweet
- Sweetness shows without covering: it comes from fresh orange juice, with 0.3 out of 10 of bitterness holding it back.
- round → sour
- A sour through and through: 16th of 186 for acidity, carried by fresh orange juice.
- light → strong
- Just 5.5% in the glass: lighter than 78% of the catalogue, and the volume has as much to do with it as the recipe.
Among the five around it on the map it is the only one built on vino.
