What it tastes like
- bitter → sweet
- Sweetness shows without covering: it comes from coconut cream, with 0.0 out of 10 of bitterness holding it back.
- round → sour
- It tends round: 143rd of 186 for acidity, and what little acid there is comes from pineapple juice.
- light → strong
- Just 9.3% in the glass: lighter than 68% of the catalogue, and the volume has as much to do with it as the recipe.
Of the six drinks in that corner of the map it is the strongest: 9.3% against the 7.6% of its nearest neighbour.
