What it tastes like
- bitter → sweet
- Sweetness shows without covering: it comes from ginger ale, with 0.5 out of 10 of bitterness holding it back.
- round → sour
- It tends round: 132nd of 186 for acidity, and what little acid there is comes from ginger ale.
- light → strong
- Just 8.9% in the glass: lighter than 70% of the catalogue, and the volume has as much to do with it as the recipe.
