What it tastes like
- bitter → sweet
- Sweetness shows without covering: it comes from lemon sorbet, with 0.1 out of 10 of bitterness holding it back.
- round → sour
- Acidity leaves it halfway: 90th of 186, and the acid comes from lemon sorbet.
- light → strong
- Just 4.5% in the glass: lighter than 81% of the catalogue, and the volume has as much to do with it as the recipe.
Among the five around it on the map it is the only one built on vino.
