What it tastes like
- bitter → sweet
- Sweetness shows without covering: it comes from mandarin liqueur, with 0.3 out of 10 of bitterness holding it back.
- round → sour
- Acidity leaves it halfway: 103rd of 186, and the acid comes from prosecco.
- light → strong
- Just 10.8% in the glass: lighter than 63% of the catalogue, and the volume has as much to do with it as the recipe.
Its closest neighbour is the Gin Lemon: 96 out of 100 for similarity.
