- 30 mlwhite rum
- 15 mlpeach brandy
- 15 mlfresh lime juice
- 30 mlhoney syrup
- 5 mlmint
- 40 mlpineapple chunks
Method
- Blend all the ingredients with half cup of crushed ice.
- Serve it in a Coppa grande.
Garnish: Garnish with mint sprig and a slice of pineapple.
