What it tastes like
- bitter → sweet
- Properly dry: the 22nd least sweet of 186, and what stays in the mouth is the spirit.
- round → sour
- It tends round: 136th of 186 for acidity, and what little acid there is comes from tonic water.
- light → strong
- Just 11.0% in the glass: lighter than 62% of the catalogue, and the volume has as much to do with it as the recipe.
Among the five around it on the map it is the only one built on gin.
