- 30 mlfresh lemon juice
- 1 mlAngostura Bitters
- 15 mlegg white
Method
- Dry shake all ingredients to whip the egg white.
- Add ice, shake again and fine strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish: Garnish with a lemon zest.
