What it tastes like
- bitter → sweet
- Bitterness leads: 3.1 out of 10, carried by non-alcoholic red bitter. That makes it the 6th most bitter of 186.
- round → sour
- It tends round: 159th of 186 for acidity, and what little acid there is comes from non-alcoholic aperitif.
- light → strong
- No alcohol to speak of: 110 ml in the glass and under one degree, so it sits at the bottom of the axis with the other alcohol-free drinks.
Its closest neighbour is the Americano: 91 out of 100 for similarity.
